In every myth of transformation, there is a descent — a crossing into the underworld, where hidden truths and forgotten selves wait to be reclaimed.
We have all locked away parts of ourselves to feel safe, to feel loved by others, and to “fit in” with what society has told us is “normal.” But despite our best efforts, those unloved and rejected parts of ourselves never disappear — they live on in our unconscious and they play a huge role in the choices we make in life. The good news is that these Shadow Selves are not our enemies, and once we learn how to greet them and welcome them back to the table with courage and curiosity, we can then begin the powerful work of integration: retrieving what we once exiled to weave ourselves back into wholeness.
In this three-week class series, we will enter the realm of the shadow together, descending into our own underworlds to meet our Shadow Selves and welcome back our soul’s wisdom, authenticity, and creativity, through guided journeys, creative assignments, heartfelt discussion, and dream exploration.
The three classes are:
🌒 Week One: The Descent — Meeting the Shadow at the Threshold of the Underworld
🌗 Week Two: The Encounter — Finally Listening to What the Shadow Has to Say
🌕 Week Three: The Return — Integrating the Wisdom of the Shadow and Collecting the Gold
Each session gathering is both circle and ritual — a sacred container for exploration, reflection, and renewal, with tools and support for an ongoing integration process. Between sessions, participants will receive optional practices and prompts to deepen the Shadow integration process.
This class series is for anyone who feels the call to return to their authentic self and is courageous enough to explore their darkest terrain in a safe and loving container.
