There are moments in life when something within us begins to insist ON WHAT?—quietly at first, then unmistakably—until it can no longer be ignored.

In this three hour intensive, we will explore the archetype that is currently active in your life: the pattern of energy, desire, conflict, or transformation that is asking to be met, not avoided. Drawing from depth psychology, mythology, and embodied ritual practice, this session offers a structured yet experiential approach to recognizing the forces shaping our inner and outer worlds.

Archetypes
DEFINE ARCHETYPE AND RELATION TO JUNG are not abstract ideas or distant mythic figures—they are living patterns within the psyche. The Lover, the Warrior, the Wild Woman, the Sovereign, the Orphan, the Sorceress. These energies emerge at specific thresholds: moments of change, longing, rupture, or awakening. Often, the archetype that calls us forward is also the one we resist most strongly. It may disrupt our identity, challenge our habits, or ask us to step beyond what feels known or safe.

Together, we will examine how archetypal patterns appear through emotion, desire, relational dynamics, and life circumstances. Through guided reflection, mythic framing, and somatic awareness practices, we will begin to identify the archetype that is currently shaping our experience. We will also explore the concept of the shadow—that which has been denied, avoided, or pushed out of awareness—and how it often carries the very energy needed for transformation.

This intensive will be both analytical and experiential. Participants will engage in journaling, guided visualization, and a simple ritual practice designed to create a direct, embodied encounter with the emerging archetype. No prior background in mythology or psychology is required—only a willingness to listen closely to what is already unfolding within you.

This class is particularly suited for those in moments of transition, as when we sense that something in our life is shifting, but not yet fully understood. It is also for creatives, seekers, and anyone drawn to myth, symbol, and the deeper patterns of the psyche.

You do not need to go searching for the archetype. It is already here. The question is whether you are ready to meet it.
