Pregnant Santa Muerte in Black, White, and Red

$15.00
Sold Out

These Santa Muerte statues, sourced in Mexico, are a representation of La Santa Muerte--literally saint or holy death, a folk saint popular in Mexico and the Mexican diaspora.

This Santa Muerte statue depicts the Saint of Death as the generative Mother, hands resting gently on her protruding, pregnant belly. The colors of her cloak, Black, White, and Red all trimmed with gold, will indicate the type of blessing is being petitioned for. Black is typically used for protection, and bestowing and breaking curses; white is used for new beginnings, purification and spiritual cleansing, forgiveness of sins and past mistakes; red is used to draw in love, passion, vitality, and money.
