Created while the Second World War raged and finally published in the 1960's,The Thoth Tarot is the one of the most influential, widely used, and symbolically rich tarot decks. Created by two magician artists—Lady Frieda Harris and Aleister Crowley—the deck was Crowley's last magical project. In this two part workshop, occultist Julian Vayne will unpack not only the subtle symbolism of the cards, helping students better understand the rich esoteric iconography, but also the various ways in which the Thoth deck is designed as a magical as well as divinatory tool.
Julian Vayne is an independent scholar and author with over four decades of experience within esoteric culture and has used the Thoth Tarot in his practice for over 40 years and is widely recognized as one of Britain’s leading occultists.
